While there, Sule praised the force for continuing its yearly social event, WASA, which unites officers and their families from many ethnic backgrounds in an effort to fortify the relationships that already exist inside the military.

Officers and troops could mix and mingle while showcasing their cultural practices, according to the governor.

He elaborated by saying it was a sign of the Nigerian Army’s will to establish a means of communication with family and friends back home.

Consequently, the governor gave the troops the state’s official backing.

Your operational efforts around the country are well known to me; I know that some of them resulted in our brave warriors paying the ultimate price for our freedom.

“This administration will continue to support the efforts of our security personnel through the provision of security vehicles for surveillance and other support to ensure the protection of lives and property of our citizens,” Governor Sule continued, in acknowledgment of the security personnel’s patriotic service.
