Zinedine Zidane, who previously coached Real Madrid, is in the final stages of being appointed manager of Bayern Munich.
Mundo Deportivo reports that Zidane and Bayern Munich have finalized most of the conditions.
The Frenchman reportedly has already talked defensive reinforcements with the Bundesliga club in Germany.
In the meantime, Thomas Tuchel will be leaving Bayern this summer, and Julian Nagelsmann was their first option for manager.
But Nagelsmann kept his contract with Germany’s national squad.
After departing Real Madrid in 2021, Zidane was rumoured to be interested in coaching for both PSG and Manchester United, although he has since coached no club.
