Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has recreated the state’s trash management task team.
The task force is responsible for ensuring that the state’s environmental regulations are followed.
This was announced by Makinde on Sunday.
He charged members of the body to carry out their responsibilities with total loyalty to the state.
Olubamiwo Adeosun, Secretary to the State Government, urged members of the newly reconstituted body to get started right away in a statement made available to 460PLAY.
Mrs. Aderonke Adedayo, the Executive Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Intervention, will chair the reassembled task force.
Mr. Francis Ojomo, chairman of the former Waste Management task force, Mr. Ademola Aderinto, Special Assistant to the Governor on Environment, Miss Ololade Ajibola, Special Assistant on Special Duties, and Mr. Ayoade Adekola are also members of the new task force.
Adeosun also stated that the task force’s assignment is effective immediately.
