Dr. Ibrahim Aminu Kurami, who represented Bakori LGA in the Katsina State House of Assembly, has gone away.
He passed away on his route to Saudi Arabia to complete the Umrah. A family member who talked to Daily Trust said that he died in Madinah at around 2 AM following a brief illness.
Following the passing of his predecessor, Hon. Abdurrazak Ismail Tsiga, Kurami was elected to the Katsina State House of Assembly in a by-election held on October 31, 2020. Kurami is survived by two spouses, 11 children, and three grandchildren.
