Bimbo’s sister announced her death on social media a few hours ago.
Bimbo was transported to the hospital earlier this week after suffering severe burns during a violent altercation at their home in Megamound Estate, Lekki, Lagos. According to sources, Bimbo confronted her husband IVD over the repeated beatings she suffered on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, and a fight erupted.
Their house was set on fire as a result of the altercation. IVD was believed to have escaped with minor burns, whilst Bimbo was brought to the intensive care unit with severe injuries. Unfortunately, she lost her battle for life.
Bimbo’s sister announced her death on social media, writing, “Bimbo is gone-Bimbo is gone-My sister is gone.”
