Posted by A prize of N5 million has been offered by the Nigeria National League for the champion of the Super Eight playoff event.
The news was made in Abuja during the competition’s draw ceremony by George Aluo, the NNL chairman.
The clubs should represent the league well, Aluo said.
Aluo said that the league champion will get N5 million in cash.
“The only thing missing from the Enugu tournament would be if the clubs involved didn’t behave so well.”
The Super Eight playoff competition will start off with a match between El-Kanemi Warriors and Nasarawa United.
The tournament is scheduled to take place in the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium in Enugu from June 7th to the 14th, 2024.
