Austin “Jay Jay” Okocha, a former captain of the Super Eagles, has listed his favourite five football teammates.

Okocha spent more than 20 years on the field. The former midfielder had the opportunity to play with several legendary players at that time.

He started his top-flight career in Europe with Eintracht Frankfurt before moving to Turkey to play for Fenerbahce.

Okocha spent four seasons at Paris Saint-Germain after joining the club in 1998 for a then-African record sum after only two years.

Okocha later signed with Bolton Wanderers, where he developed a cult following.

Okocha named his teammates in an interview with Pulse Sports who were the greatest.

“Ronaldinho will be first on my list.

“Kanu comes next, of course. I enjoyed Kanu’s style of play.

The French World Cup champion Youri Djokaeff and I will both pronounce Amokachi because we shared a room.

Okocha, who left football in 2008, added, “And the last one is one of the underrated defenders I’ve played with, Uche Okechukwu.”
