Randy Waldrum, the head coach of the Super Falcon, is pleased with how well his squad is preparing for the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023.

In preparation for the World Cup, the nine-time African champions are presently working out in Brisbane, Australia.

On Saturday, a friendly match between Waldrum’s team and Lions FC will be held in the area.

The American implied that planning had gone according to schedule.

The players are working extremely hard, camp has gone pretty well, and the talent level is good. It’s been entertaining to watch, and we are content with where we are right now, which is day five,” he stated in a brief video broadcast on the Super Falcons Twitter account.

But he also admitted that several of his guys were hurt.

They have a few bumps and a few ailments that worry me a little, but other than that, they’re healthy, so it all depends on how they perform and play, the coach said.
