In a recent interview with content creator Timi Agbaje, the boss of The Blown Boys revealed this while talking about the meaning behind his stage name.
“What was the thought process behind the name Ruger?” the interviewer probed.
This is a firearm, Ruger said.
The interviewer said, “Is that a firearm?” So, you’re armed, huh?

Whether or not the singer’s firearms are legally owned is a mystery.
Last year, Olukayode Egbetokun, the Inspector-General of Police, stated that the police are “mopping up arms in circulation” and that there is “a temporary ban on the issuance of firearms.”
The issuance of weapons licenses worldwide is currently halted, he stated, “we may review it later.”
