NSCDC wants to work with NCoS to put a stop to the insurgency in Zamfara

Sani Mustapha, the Zamfara State Controller of the Nigeria Correctional Service, has stated his willingness to collaborate closely with other security agencies to fight crime in the region.

This was said by Mustapha during a recent visit to the Zamfara State Command, Nigeria Correctional Service, State Controller of Corrections office.

Mustapha underlined the value of solidifying relationships with other security services during the visit.

He reiterated the NSCDC and Correctional Service’s long-standing collaboration efforts and felt it vital to become familiar with the leadership of the Nigerian Correctional Service.

Commandant Mustapha promised to uphold and strengthen this attitude of cooperation between the two organizations.

The NSCDC and the Correctional Service are sisters, stressed Controller Umar Galadima, the state controller of corrections, in response to the visit.

Galadima praised the corps for its vital role in the struggle against crime and insecurity.

He also commended the NSCDC for their continuous assistance in protecting the prison facilities in Zamfara State.

Galadima also gave the NSCDC assurances of their everlasting support and cooperation in any operational tasks that may call for teamwork.
