Jude Bellingham’s play in Real Madrid’s 3-2 preseason victory over AC Milan has received praise from boss Carlo Ancelotti.
Bellingham made his Real Madrid debut as Los Blancos overcame Milan in Los Angeles thanks to a brace from Federico Valverde and a goal from Vinicius Junior.
The England midfielder made his debut appearance following his £88.5 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid. He played 64 minutes against Milan before being substituted by Nico Paz.
Ancelotti told the club’s official website that Bellingham’s performance had him impressed.
“I was really impressed with Bellingham,” the Italian stated.
“Bellingham played extremely well, and the squad needs to adjust to his extraordinary quality. The squad greatly benefits from his entry into the box.
The fact that he is a complete midfielder and adds real pace and intensity to the game makes him a wonderful player and crucial to our success.
