The playoff matches, originally set to take place on June 9th and 10th in Bauchi’s Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, have been rescheduled to another state.
The venues for the matches have been changed to the FIFA Goal Project Stadium in Abuja and the New Jos Stadium in Jos.
The NLO justified the action by saying it was required in response to a community situation report and to prevent the collapse of law and order, the latter of which would save lives and property.
On the other hand, they were sorry for any trouble the change may have given the teams involved.
While Basira FC takes on Family Worship FC in Jos, Abuja will host the matches between Police Barreta and Jnr Danburam, and Yoca Crocodile and Barau FC.
