The governor made the announcement on Friday during a function in the federal constituency of Birinin Magaji/Nauran Namoda.

The state’s security is under siege, and Governor Lawal has called on the National Assembly to step in and provide a permanent solution.

“I want to appeal for urgent intervention. When you go back, you deliberate on the issue at the National Assembly to end the persistent security challenges affecting my state,” the governor said, referring to the fact that some federal legislators are currently in Birnin Magaji and have saw it personally.
