The Nollywood star said that her bank account was emptied of 3.6 million naira by a somebody identified as Cecilia.
The actress announced her newfound financial hardship and inability to provide for her children in a video statement she posted to Instagram.
The fact that it is the weekend prevents her from contacting the bank to lodge a complaint, she added, making the situation much more dire.
“I am requesting assistance from Nigerians,” they said. The sum of N3.6 million that was in my Zenith Bank account was just transferred to her Opay by someone named Cecilia. I have run out of kobo. Neither my kids nor I have anything to eat.
“I can’t go to the bank to complain because it’s Saturday, the worst part,” George moaned.
