Comrade Hammed Ademola Benco, the state’s chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has praised Governor Dapo Abiodun for his empathy and action in response to the state’s workers’ problems.
At a ceremony held at the Governor’s Office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Branch addressed the National Labor Council (NLC) and the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) aboard two brand new 18-seater buses.

On behalf of the two unions, the NLC chairman spoke about the governor’s integrity and his real concern for the workers’ situation.

We are deeply appreciative of our governor for being a leader who keeps his word and for being a governor that is friendly to workers,” Benco remarked. I believe the governor’s word is his bond, but we were actually not anticipating these at the moment.

“His dedication to the welfare and well-being of workers and the people of the state is truly commendable, and we are much obliged.”

In order to ensure that the Dapo Abiodun administration’s “Building Our Future Together” slogan is fully realized, the NLC chairman promised the workers their undivided allegiance.

During his speech, Prince Abiodun fulfilled his commitment to provide the two unions with new buses for their daily operations.

Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, Prince Abiodun’s deputy, made it clear that the well-being of state workers has always been a top priority for his administration.

The governor emphasized the importance of workers’ representatives being allowed to move over the state to do their jobs well, and he urged state employees to back the current administration.
