Neymar Jr. and four other players have been informed by Luis Enrique, the new manager of Paris Saint-Germain, that they are not on his team.
According to RMC, the other members of the squad are Renato Sanches, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat, and Marco Verratti.
On Wednesday at the practice field, the players met one-on-one with Enrique and Luis Campos, the PSG sporting director.
It was suggested that they look for new clubs this summer.
In 2017, Neymar left Barcelona for the Ligue 1 winners in a transfer that set a new record of £198 million.
With Kylian Mbappe’s future also up in the air, he joins a list of prominent superstars who may be leaving the Parc des Princes.
Mbappe has already been excluded from first-team practices and is likely to be benched for this weekend’s league debut against Lorient.
