Napji, the producer, accuses Davido of not paying royalties

Davido has been publicly questioned by music producer Napji, who has accused him of not paying royalties.

A Better Time, Davido’s 2020 album, features three songs that Napji created. However, he has not yet received royalties for these tracks.

He has pledged to disclose further information when he pursues the collection of his royalties.

“Hi, I’m Napji. I produced the songs ‘Fem, Jowo, and Sunlight’ on @davido’s album ‘A Better Time.'” (X handle, Tuesday).This was released on November 13, 2020.

For each of the songs, I was paid 500,000 naira in advance. As I pursue publishing and royalties, I will be disclosing more details.

Davido has yet to address the accusations.
