Romelu Lukaku, a striker for Chelsea, declared on Saturday that he will sign for AS Roma during the summer transfer window.
In Boom, a province of Antwerp, where his kid made his first appearance for Anderlecht, Lukaku spoke to Belgian media outlet Het Laatste Nieuws.
In order to sign a deal with AS Roma, the former player for Manchester United and Everton stated he will fly to Rome on Sunday.
“I’m anxious… I’ll be signing in Rome tomorrow, Lukaku remarked.
While Chelsea, his current club, and officials of the Giallorossi were in London working out the specifics of the trade, Lukaku made his remarks.
The Belgian played for Inter Milan on loan the previous season.
He is not in Mauricio Pochettino, the manager of Chelsea, plans for this year.
