According to Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas, all Tarabans must pay close attention to the state’s economic development because it is a critical issue.

He thought it was now required for the state’s natives living in other areas of the nation and the world to come and pay their fair share to the state’s explosive expansion in order to make this a reality.

The governor called on all state residents living abroad to work with his administration to get out of the current economic and security binds the state is in. The governor made the comments over the weekend during a stakeholders’ engagement meeting.

He stated that the programs that will promote productivity, peaceful coexistence, and economic development are what his administration needs their support for.

“Taraba State’s economic development is an important issue that requires our attention. With its productive terrain and vibrant culture, Taraba has a lot of possibilities.

“So, let’s band together and make an investment in our nation’s economic development through entrepreneurship, funding for important industries, and youth mentoring.

Kefas stated, “By doing this, we would not only provide Tarabans with opportunity, but we would also contribute to the growth of our beloved state.

The Secretary of the Government of the State, SGS, Barrister Gebon T. Kataps, expressed his support for the governor and urged the state’s citizens who were living abroad to take advantage of the governor’s offers of goodwill.
