Mamman Mohammed, the governor of Buni’s spokeswoman, revealed this in a statement that was made available to journalists.

The statement claims that the visit is in support of the governor’s leadership abilities and open door policy.

Prayers were specifically said for the new DIG’s success and the difficulties he would face in his new position.

No matter their political, socioeconomic, or cultural differences, “Governor Buni has continued to foster unity among all sons and daughters of Yobe State,” the speaker said.

The governor wished Yobe native and DIG Bala Ciroma happiness and prosperity in his chosen field.
