Floods have destroyed three communities in Delta State, leaving many people without homes.

The flood also destroyed a number of farms and other properties.
Okwagbe, Iyede-Ame, and Agbodobiri, which are in the Ughelli South, Ndokwa East, and Bururu Local Government Areas, were all destroyed by the flood.
At the time this report was written, there were no IDP camps for people who had to leave their homes because of flooding.

Some of the victims who talked to our reporter asked the Delta State Government to help them by giving them relief supplies and setting up camps for people who have been forced to leave their homes.
