The US-based businesswoman had accused Davido of getting her pregnant in a string of Instagram posts.
Davido and Anita first met in Dubai in 2017, according to Anita. asserting that it was never a one-night relationship.
To support her claims, she posted screenshots of their allegedly passionate communications to one another as well as a reported conversation with Davido in which he allegedly acknowledged their unprotected sex.
