Cubana Chief Priest Warns Nigerians Not to Flee When Invited by the EFCC

Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, is a well-known socialite who has encouraged his fellow Nigerians to not try to elude the EFCC.

He clarified that anti-graft agents do not physically abuse suspects but rather “investigate and prosecute.”

He made the point that the EFCC would never let anyone get away with evading invitations or resisting arrest, no matter where they hid.

Noting that they provide three square meals in their cell, the socialite lauded the agency’s hospitality.

“No matter where you hide, the Eagle will always fly so high to catch you,” Cubana Chief Priest stated on his Instagram page.

You may simply drive up and answer when @officialefcc welcomes you; they won’t bite or beat you; all they do is investigate and prosecute. Tell me why you’re fleeing; they pay for their cell, bathroom, and food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

As previously reported by 460PLAY, the EFCC has arraigned Cubana Chief Priest on three counts related to naira misuse before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos.

But when he pled not guilty, the judge released him on bond in the amount of N10 million with two sureties in the same amount.
