According to Marca, Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia have reached an astounding agreement on a £172.9 million per year contract.

The 37-year-contract old’s with Manchester United was terminated earlier this month, making him a free agent.

After an explosive interview with Piers Morgan in which he made several contentious claims, Ronaldo severed his relationship with United.

For the first time in his career, the Portugal captain will now compete outside of Europe.

According to reports, Ronaldo and Al Nassr have agreed to a two and a half year contract paying a staggering £172.9 million annually.

He will play under the agreement until he turns 40.

However, reports in Spain today claim that the “dizzying figures” have been agreed. Sources close to the former Real Madrid and Juventus superstar insist that no deal has been signed and that Ronaldo is still focused on the World Cup with his country.
