Posted by At an event center in the Iperu district of Ogun, gunmen murdered Mr. Yinka Olowojobi, a lecturer at Babcock University, and abducted two others, according to the Ogun Police Command.
SP The event took place on Friday, according to a statement made by Omolola Odutola, the command’s spokesperson, in Abeokuta on Monday.
According to Odutola, the gunmen kidnapped a car stand manager named Dare and an unnamed individual.
Awada Ishaya, a security guard at the event center two weeks earlier, was arrested for questioning by the police due to an unusual coincidence.
At Babcock University Teaching Hospital, the professor was officially declared deceased after being transported there.
Capturing the perpetrators and rescuing the abducted individuals are current priorities. The spokesperson for the command promised to keep everyone informed as events unfold.
