Aisha Buhari, the first lady, shut down her Twitter account in response to criticism of Aminu Adamu’s imprisonment.
On November 8, the Federal University student from Dutse, Jigawa State, was abducted.
The 23-year-old is being held without being put on trial due to a tweet he made about the First Lady.
He tweeted in June, “Su mama anchi kudin talkawa ankoshi” (The mother has become larger by consuming the money of the people).
The student said it four months into the eight-month Academic Staff Union of Universities strike (ASUU).
Nigerians are still dragging Aminu’s destiny through Aisha, the Police, and the Department of State Services (DSS).
When it was revealed that her aide-de-camp, Usman Shugaba, reportedly planned the youth’s arrest and torture, their rage increased.
According to the Daily Nigerian, Aisha allegedly oversaw the assault of Aminu and Zainab Kassim (her former social media aide).
The First Lady’s injuries, which she supposedly sustained after attempting to kick one of the two of them, has gotten worse.
Last week, she was brought to Cedarcrest Hospital for treatment after slipping and breaking her hand and leg.
Aminu and Zainab’s location are still unknown, and the public wants to know how they are doing. Legal action has been threatened by some.
