At the event, which took place at Awka’s Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, the commissioner addressed the guests and mentioned that he had enriched his knowledge of financial matters through trainings in Nigeria and abroad, which culminated in the 2018 formation of Alpha Trust Investment Club (ATIC).

He announced his intention to retire and devote himself fully to business, saying that the club’s investments are already worth more than N20 billion.

The wealthiest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote, will have his nothing when he comes to him, he claims.

I am grateful to be alive today; despite the gunfire and explosions we have experienced, I do not bear any visible scars from my experiences with militancy in the Niger Delta, Boko Haram in the North East, and IPOB in the South East.

Nigeria has invested in me via trainings both at home and abroad, and I am grateful to the NPF for the chance to serve. My training has taken place in a variety of wonderful places, including Ghana, England, Israel, California, and many more.

Thanks to my time spent serving in the UN and the chances it provided for professional and personal growth, I am now well-prepared to retire. Serving in Anambra has been an extraordinary honor.

The Anambra State Police Command is a unit of which I am quite proud. You are courageous, fearless, and resilient. With the help of other sister agencies, we were able to do far more than we could have on our own.

The Alpha Trust Investment Club (ATIC) Limited was a club I started in 2028. Our humble beginnings with just N54 million have grown into assets worth more over N20 billion today. Starting on Wednesday, May 1, that will be my whole business.

We have been investing, but now we want to make this our full-time job. Within the next decade, we will be able to compete with Dangote, Adeoye promised.

Adeoye had earlier been lauded by Dr. Onyekachi Ibezim, the Deputy Governor of Anambra State, for his endeavors in combating insecurity in the state.

A moment for beginning, a time for beginning everything, and a time to finish it all, he added. Today was inevitable. It is clear that the CP came to Anambra to do his job well. He arrived during Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s efforts to address instability, when militias were engaged in clashes with law-abiding civilians in the woods.

Within a short period of time, Anambra is now quiet because to Adeoye’s unique approach, devotion, sincerity of purpose, and tenacity.
As long as the struggle continues, it will never end.

We would say, “Let this good man continue.” We are satisfied with his job if we were in charge. In addition to other accolades, he has a street named after him. I am pleased to announce that you have been granted citizenship of Anambra. May all your future undertakings be filled with success.
