Posted by The success of the PDP rally in Kaduna State, according to the Atiku Campaign Organization’s spokesperson Kola Ologbondiyan, is a sign that the former vice president Atiku Abubakar will win the next election.
Ologbondiyan All Progressives Congressive (APC) presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi are said to be in a panic as a result of their candidate’s alleged overwhelming support.
In a statement, Ologbondiyan said that certain PDP opponents sent armed thugs to sabotage PDP campaigns and shut down media outlets in Zamfara State out of fear of the PDP presidential candidate.
According to the former PDP national publicity secretary, Nigerians have accepted Atiku’s intentions ahead of the 2023 elections.
“It is on record that Atiku Abubakar is the only candidate who has taken his message of hope to five out of six geopolitical zones and, who has had massive turn-out at every port of call so far,” the statement said in part.
“Some of the presidential candidates, such as Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have yet to organize their campaigns in a way that will allow them to interact positively with the Atiku campaign and Nigerians.
It’s crucial for Nigerians to understand that the APC and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, its presidential candidate, have nothing to offer but a track record of failure over the previous seven (7) years.
That explains both their inability to get their campaigns off the ground and their use of a campaign of defamation, intimidation, and violence.
