Producing, packaging, distributing, and selling inferior and counterfeit cosmetic items with false labels bearing French inscriptions and a Cameroonian address were uncovered by Pius Eyoh, owner of Pasco Global Limited, according to a post made by NAFDAC via its X handle on Monday, April 22.
In a recent development, the Agency’s Investigation & Enforcement Directorate discovered the illicit operations of a counterfeit cosmetics manufacturer at the Balogun Trade Fair Gate, Trade Fair Complex, Lagos State. The photographs were shared alongside the announcement.
The proprietor of Pasco Global Limited, Mr. Pius Effiong Eyoh, was taken into custody for the production, packaging, distribution, and sale of several counterfeit and subpar cosmetic items.

The cosmetics were processed and packaged by Eyoh while they were in the process of adding phony labels with French inscriptions and an address in Cameroon.
