Shehu Sani, a political activist and pundit, has made fun of President Bola Tinubu’s nominations for cabinet positions.
Sani claimed that Nigerians expected Tinubu to choose technocrats who would produce miracles.
As he gets ready to assemble his government, Tinubu gave the Senate a 47-person list of ministerial nominees.
The Senate received a 28-man list from the president last week for consideration and approval.
He sent the second round of 19 ministerial nominees yesterday.
Technocrats and others thought to have received payment for their support during the most recent presidential election are thought to make up the cabinet list.
The nation was kept waiting for the arrival of the miracle-working technocrats, but the former Kaduna Central Senator tweeted: “Some climbed the trees, Some ascended the rooftops, and Some perched on the tip of the mountain…and lo, here they are: technocrats.
